The appellant in A.S. No.16 of 2016 is the revision petitioner. The petitioner challenges the conditional order granted by the learned appellate judge in I.A. No.69 of 2016. The appellate Court has exercised its discretion and jurisdiction and has put a condition while granting stay of the decree and judgement. The petitioner could not and did not point out the manifest injustice or illegality in exercising the jurisdiction by the appellate Court. No ground is made out. The revision fails and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
