Heard Mr.Sunil for petitioner and Mr.Arifullah for respondent. Counsel for petitioner after taking note of the order of this Court dated 05.03.2012 in Writ Petition No.1409 of 2004 on the same lines, seeks leave of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy before the Tribunal or Wakf Board.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
