THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13139 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in registering FIR No.97 of 2015, dated 22.06.2015 on report of the fifth respondent. The said case was registered after filing a private complaint before the concerned Magistrate by the fifth respondent. Since the crime was registered long back in June 2015, the investigation must have been in an advanced stage. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to interdict the investigation by looking into the merits of the case. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the fourth respondent to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a final report/charge sheet in accordance with law. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
