Chakravarthy appearing for petitioners requests the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail remedies in law against the proceedings impugned in the present writ petition and/or the ancillary/consequent proceedings, if any, passed by the respondents in this behalf.

Sri C.V.R. Rudra Parasad, who appears for the contesting respondent, does not oppose the request.
