Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.35950 of 2016 on 24.10.2016. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms thereof, directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner except following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
