HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22253 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the writ petition for some time, seeks liberty of the Court to withdraw the writ petition and avail the remedy of appeal against Proceedings No.D/ 506/ 2017, dated 08.05.2017, before the 3rd respondent.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. The petitioner is entitled to raise all the objections available against proceedings dated 08.05.2017 and this Court has no reason to doubt that the 3rd respondent will consider the objections and dispose of the appeal.
