HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.P.No.10669 of 2016 ORDER:
The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.
I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in Spl.S.C.No.17 of 2016 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC & ST (POA) Act, Nizamabad, which is outcome of crime No.28 of 2015 of Yellareddy Police Station, Nizamabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 506 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.17 of 2016 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC & ST (POA) Act, Nizamabad, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
