This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in Crime No.411 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Gajuwaka Police Station, registered for the offence under Section 420 of IPC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file similar type of petition. Permission is granted.
