THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT APPEAL No.4 OF 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Contempt Appeal is directed against order, dated 28.08.2015 passed in Contempt Case No.657 of 2015.

In the Contempt Case, the appellant alleged that the order, dated 26.11.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.36009 of 2014 has not been complied. By this order, the Recording Authority was directed to deal with the appellant's application strictly in accordance with law. The Recording Officer, accordingly decided the appellant's application vide order, dated 23.02.2015. The learned Judge has taken note of the said order and dismissed the Contempt Case observing that it is open for the appellant to challenge the said order in appropriate proceedings. We do not find any reason to interfere with this order.

Contempt Appeal is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also

stand disposed of.
