This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent, in not paying arrears of subsistence allowance from 01.05.2005 to 10.12.2008, and not releasing the provident fund and gratuity amount due to the petitioner. 2.

This Court by order dated 12.11.2009, gave liberty to the petitioner to make a representation and directed the respondents to consider the same. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said interim order, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is closed.
