THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9441 of 2016 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioners in this case is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS (a) declare the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not taking appropriate action for transferring the units of Mini Industrial Estate, Hafeezpet, RR District under the control of TSIIC based on the letter addressed by the 4th respondent vide letter No 371/A4/2005 dated 3.2.2007 and 5th respondent dated 4.4.2007 though the 1St petitioner in his representation dated 01.12.

2015 brought to the notice about letters addressed by the 4th and 5th respondent to 1st to 3rd respondents as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and contrary to the Industrial Policy of the state Government; and (b) consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action to transfer the petitioner units situated in Mini Industrial Estate, Hafeezpet, RR District under the control of TSIIC-IALA by taking into consideration of the letters addressed by the 4th and 5th respondents dated 3.2.2007 and 4.4.2007 respectively and pass such other and further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." As the representation dated 01.12.

2015 made by the first petitioner to the State is still pending consideration, this Court sees no purpose in entertaining this writ petition for adjudication on merits. It is for the authorities concerned to apply their mind to the said representation and take action thereon.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authorities concerned to consider the representation dated 01.12.2015 made by the first petitioner in accordance with law and take

appropriate action thereon.

This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
