This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to provide police protection to the petitioner as per the endorsement made by respondent No.3 on 31.7.2015 on the representation of the petitioner. 2.

Case of the petitioner is that he was granted DKT patta on 23.5.1977 to an extent of Ac.3.94 cents situated in Sy.No.489 at Mylapalle Village, Chitwel Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District and since then, he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. While so, some of the villagers are interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment and also attacking him. So, he made a representation to respondent No.3 on 31.7.2015 praying to provide police protection and to take proper action against the persons concerned and also to deliver possession to him for which, respondent No.3 made an endorsement on the same day forwarding the said representation to respondent No.2 for taking necessary action, but till date, no action is taken by respondent No.2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 31.7.2015, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
