HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23907 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 22.05.2002 issued by the 3rd respondent terminating the services of the petitioner. While admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned order vide orders dated 13.11.2003 in WPMP No.30058 of 2003.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner is being continued in service. Learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation has not disputed the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner is continued in service, he shall not be disturbed.
