THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8118 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner is a tenant of the premises in the ground floor of Solitaire Plaza situated in Survey No.55/E, Kondapur, Serilingampally Municipality and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in an extent of 5000 square feet. The petitioner is continuing as a lessee of that premises by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 30.10.2008 for a period of five years.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that subsequently the ownership was changed and a memorandum of understanding was entered with the new owners also by the petitioner in August 2011. When the petitioner was inducted as a tenant, there was HT connection and the petitioner requested for conversion of HT connection to LT connection. The petitioner submitted representations on 22.02.2013, 24.05.2014 and ultimately on 05.09.2014 with regard to the outstanding amount of Rs.5,74,129/- till May 2014. When the said representations were not considered, the present Writ Petition is filed. In spite of granting time to the learned Standing Counsel on 26.03.2015, no instructions have been received from the learned Standing Counsel.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2014 within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, pass appropriate orders thereon, and communicate the same the petitioner. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
