THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.3849 of 2014 ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.179 of 2013 of Women P.S, Begumpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under section 498-A IPC.

It is represented that during pendency of the present criminal petition, investigation in the above crime is completed and charge sheet is filed and hence, the present criminal petition has become infructuous.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
