Heard Mr.Narsimha Goud for petitioner and Mr.Vasudeva Reddy for Respondents.

The petitioner complains willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15856 of 2009, dated 31.03.2016 by Respondents and to punish Respondents under Contempt of Courts Act.

Learned counsel submits that Respondent No.3 filed W.A.No.1391 of 2016 against the order in w.P.No.15856 of 2009 and, on 16.12.2016 the Division Bench granted interim suspension of order in W.P.No.15856 of 2009. Having regard to the subsequent development, the contempt for the present is not pressed and the petitioner's counsel seeks leave of the Court to revive the contempt, if circumstances warrant. 4.

The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record, and the contempt case is closed for the present. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
