By virtue of the order under challenge, dated 03-082011 the 1st respondent herein constituted Managing Committee of Jamia Mosque, Vagrur village, Mantralayam Mandal, Kurnool District for a period of two (2) years. When the matter came up initially, this Court did not grant any interim order. By afflux of time the period also came to an end. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
