HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1545 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri J.U.M.V.Prasad for petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner with a view to take proper and correct steps in the matter requests the Court to permit him to withdraw I.A.No.282 of 2014 with liberty to file a petition in accordance with law.

I have perused the material available on record. Keeping in view the prayer and the omission pointed out by the trial Court and to meet the ends of justice, the prayer to withdraw I.A.No.282 of 2014 is accepted.

The order impugned under revision is set aside and the prayer in I.A.No.282 of 2014 is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file a petition in accordance with law.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
