This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 and A2 in C.C. No.17 of 2015 on the file of the court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition since the parties have compromised the matter out of court. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial).

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed. __________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
