This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the docket order dated 31.07.2018 passed in E.A.No.77 of 2018 in E.P.No.59 of 2018 in Arbitration Claim Petition No.273 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Wanaparthy F.A.C. of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
