This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Auction Notice, dated 02-11-2015, issued by respondent No.5 in respect of 441.66 square yards of land belonging to the petitioner in Survey Nos.285 and 286 of Salarjung Colony, Hyderabad. After arguing the case, Mr.Arun Kumar Doddla, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail any other appropriate remedy available to him in law. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
