THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.4483 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the seizure of the petitioner's goods carriage vehicle by the third respondent under vehicle check report dated 04.02.2017, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the second respondent to release the said vehicle.

No counter affidavit is filed till date.

However, learned Government Pleader submits that in view of the interim order granted by this Court on 10.02.2017, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order of this Court dated 10.02.2017 as final order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
