There was no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel when this matter was taken up for hearing on 15.07.2015. It was accordingly directed to be posted 'For Dismissal" on 29.07.2015. Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner or his learned counsel when it is taken up for hearing.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
