JUDGMENT:

The second appeal is filed against the judgment, dated 20.10.2010, in AS.No.181 of 2009, on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Guntur. SA.MP.No.541 of 2016 is filed by both the appellant and the respondent signed by their respective counsel, wherein they have requested the Court to pass a decree in terms of memo of compromise.

Along with the said application, a compromise petition has been filed signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. It is inter alia stated in para-5 of the said petition that out of the total extent of Ac.0.45 cents which is the subject matter of second appeal, the appellant will take Ac.0.26 3⁄4 cents and the respondent will take

Ac.0.18 1⁄4 cents. Sons of the appellant and the respondents who are also the GPA holders of their respective fathers are personally present. They have confirmed the compromise. In the light of the above facts, SA.MP.No.541 of 2016 is ordered and the second appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise memo, dated 01.03.2016.

As a sequel to disposal of the second appeal, SA.MP.Nos.97, 98 & 99 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 04th March, 2016 VGB
