No.7182 of 2017 ORDER:- (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that O.A.No.162 of 2016 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, has been transferred to the learned Single Judge of this Court after abolition of the Administrative Tribunal for the State of Telangana.

Therefore, we hereby give liberty to the petitioner to seek the same relief, which is sought in the present petition, before the learned Single Judge of this Court, by filing a fresh writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
