The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not registering the FIR basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 29-03-2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that a case in Cr.No.123 of 2018, dated 05-08-2018 was registered basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
