THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27453 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings, Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for R.4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of R.7.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners herein submitted a representation to the Commissioner-R.6 on 25.08.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent-Municipal Corporation, submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the representation, dated 25.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
