HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27700 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not acting and registering the F.I.R. on the complaints dated 13-07-2018 and 27-07-2018, lodged by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaints of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.193 of 2018 was registered on 25-07-2018 by the respondent-police.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
