HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9280 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A9 & A-10 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.111 of 2016 of Begum Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 384, 191, 500, & 506 r/w Section 34 IPC and Section 66-A of Information Technology Act, 2000.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 5.10.2017 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Begum Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before XVII ACMM, Nampally and CC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.111 of 2016 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
