This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 & 2 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.122 of 2015 on the file of V. Madugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 22(b)(1) r/w 8(c ) of NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners were found transporting 220 kgs of ganja.

Since the quantity of ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them.
