HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 3806 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 & 2 in calling the petitioner to the Police Station at the instance of third respondent to settle the civil dispute pending before them.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 5.2.2017 against the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 25/17 was registered on 5.2.2017 and except registering the complaint, respondents 1 & 2 never interfered with the civil disputes, as alleged by the petitioner. In view of the registration of the complaint and in view of the statement made by the Police, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
