HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.15963 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned endorsement passed in Rc.No.9165/15L dated 07.04.2015 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt.Jayanthi, learned Government Pleader for Industries & Commerce for R.1 and R.2, and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) for R.3 to R.5. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner made on 30.04.2016, as required under Section 6 of the Explosives Act, for renewal of the license bearing No.3/2007.

Learned Government Pleader for Industries & Commerce submits that 4th respondent shall consider the said application in accordance with law, provided some time is given. Having regard to the rival submissions made and the fact that the petitioner has used the said premises for storing fire crackers, the 4th respondent-Joint Collector shall act upon the representation dated 30.04.2016 made by the petitioner, consider

the same, after obtaining necessary oral instructions from concerned department, in accordance with law, by 24.10.2016 5.30 p.m.

With above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order to costs.
