THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4182 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.207 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Peddapally, Karimnagar District, arising out of Crime No.57 of 2015 of Peddapalli Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, while not pressing for the main prayer, confined his arguments only to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner/accused before the trial Court. In any event, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner/accused before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when their presence is specially required for the purpose of framing of charges, examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and on the date of judgment and the petitioner/ accused shall be properly represented by their counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
