Heard Mr.Sai Gangadhar Chamarty for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ...... to issue the writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in disposal of application of the petitioner dated 03.02.2018 bearing No.RMU011800094348 through Mee Seva Centre for issuance of pattadar passbook is arbitrary, illegal, capricious and violative of provisions of Act 26 of 1971 as well as the rules 1989 made thereunder and consequently direct the respondents to dispose of the application of the petitioner forthwith....." The Assistant Government Pleader by referring to written instructions submits that on 05.03.
2018 the application since has been rejected, the prayer against inaction is unsustainable. Mr.Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy disputes the rejection as well as communication of the rejection order by 3rd respondent. Keeping in view the limited grievance of petitioner, this Court is not proposing to examine whether the rejec tion order dated 05.03.
dated 05.03.2018 to petitioner by registered post with acknowledgement due within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
