HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.30971 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri S.Rahul Reddy, learned counsel, addressed letter dated 10.7.2018 to the Registry stating that the petitioner company no longer wishes to pursue this case and that it may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata, in accordance with law. Sri S.Lakshma Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing for Sri S.Rahul Reddy, reiterates this prayer in person. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
