As there is a change of the respondents from Panchayat to Municipality, petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition by making suitable amendments. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
