When the matter was called on 20.06.2017, as the petitioner-in-person was absent, it was adjourned to 09.10.2017, on which date, again, the petitioner-in-person was absent. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, when the matter is called, the petitioner-in-person is absent. It appears, the petitioner-in-person has no interest to pursue the matter.

Therefore, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed for default.
