THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.27508, 27589 AND 27635 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER The case of the petitioners in these three writ petitions is that they are in possession of the subject properties. Their grievance is that though the appeals, along with stay petitions, filed by them before the 1st respondent - State of Andhra Pradesh, represented by its Principal Secretary, Social Welfare (LTR) Department, against orders dated 0703.2018 in C.M.A.No.44 of 2014; 07.03.2018 in C.M.A.No.46 of 2014; and 18.07.2018 in C.M.A.No.16 of 2018, respectively, passed by the 2nd respondent - Additional Agent to Government (Project Officer), East Godavari, Rampachodavaram, are pending consideration, respondents 2 to 4 are taking steps for evicting them.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare. In view of the facts and circumstances, writ petitions are disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeals stated to have been filed by the writ petitioners against the orders passed by the 2nd respondent, referred to above, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
Till then, status quo obtaining as on today with regard to possession over the subject properties shall be maintained. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
