When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.11.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted to 03.11.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 03.11.2015, in order to give one more opportunity, the matter was listed today under the same caption. But today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
