HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P. No. 1240 of 2017 O R D E R:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 16.08.2016 passed by IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Guntur rejecting the Copy Application No. 12789 of 2016 in O.S.No. 118 of 2012. The petitioners - plaintiffs also seek a direction for early disposal of the I.A.No. 1012 of 2016 (old I.A.No. 611 of 2013) and I.A.No. 1013 of 2016 (old I.A.No. 37 of 2016) in O.S.No. 118 of 2012 within a reasonable period of time.

Heard Smt. V.Dyumani, learned counsel for the petitioners at length.

Keeping in view the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the material placed on record, this Court hereby directs IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Guntur to decide the applications and the suit noted above, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
