CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.27524 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to quash order, dated 22.03.2018, in R.P.No.32 of 2017 on the file of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of Telangana at Hyderabad.
2.
After hearing Mr.K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the petitioner has wrongly involved the jurisdiction of this Court as it has an effective alternative remedy of revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. 3.
In view of availability of alternative remedy, which is held to be effective by a Division Bench of this Court in Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Housing Societies Federation Ltd., Hyderabad v. Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad1, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition for disposal on merits. 4.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed, without adjudicating the same on merits, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in terms of the observations made hereinbefore.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
