When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation and the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to promote him as Junior Manager.

This court is of the considered view that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this point of time. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
