THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32605 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is as to the alleged inaction of the Station House Officer, Lalapet Police Station, Lalapet, Guntur District, in receiving his complaint dated 23.09.2015 and taking suitable action thereupon. The Station House Officer, Lalapet Police Station, Guntur Urban District, furnished written instructions dated 13.10.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that the police authorities had not received any complaint from the petitioner and that necessary action would be taken in accordance with law as and when the petitioner makes a complaint. In view of the afore-stated stand of the police authorities, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to the Station House Officer, Lalapet Police Station, Guntur District. In the event the said complaint is not received, an appropriate remedy is afforded to the petitioner under Section 154(3) Cr.P.C.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
