This writ petition was filed in 2010. After 25-10-2010, the petition was never placed before the Court. Today, Sri N.C. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not getting any response from the petitioner. As a matter of fact, he submits that the petitioner had taken away all the papers from him long back. Keeping that in view and considering the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, we are satisfied that the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
