HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.13368 of 2014 ORDER:- This petition is filed to direct the learned III-Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, to dispose of C.C.No.383 of 2009 as directed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.5310 of 2014, dated 25.07.2014.

Criminal Petition No.5310 of 2014 was filed by the petitioner for quashing all further proceedings in C.C.No.383 of 2009 on the file of the III-Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar. This Court by order dated 25.07.2014 directed the learned IIIAdditional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar to dispose of C.C.No.383 of 2009 expeditiously. For some reason or the other, the case has not been disposed of and on the request of the Presiding Officer, this Court has granted further time to the learned Magistrate to dispose of the said Calendar Case. On 19.01.2016, this Court directed that the matter should be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

It is manifest that six months time granted to the trial Court to dispose of the Calendar Case, even if the date of the order is taken, expires by 19.07.2016. In that view of the matter, no further orders can be passed in this petition at this stage and hence the same is liable to be closed. In the result, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. ___________________ M.S.K.
