Petitioner/ ex-sarpanch of Chittapur Gram Panchayat becomes conscious of alleged unauthorized construction of temple in the Grama Kantham land over an extent of seventy square yards situated behind Pochamma Temple, Schedule Community Colony, Chittapur Village, Manchal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and he complains that the proposed construction is contrary to G.O.Ms.No.35 dated 22.12.2014. 2.

Mr. Eswaraiah appearing for petitioner vehemently contends that the proposed construction of temple is, firstly, without the permission of Gram Panchayat and secondly, contrary to G.O.Ms.No.35 dated 22.12.2014.

His further grievance is that in spite of representation dated 09.12.2016, the respondents are not moving in the matter.

Though this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer, having regard to the complaint of inaction by respondents, considers it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by this order: Petitioner is given liberty to resubmit representation dated 09.12.2016 along with copy of this order within one week from today to respondent No.5/ gram Panchayat. Respondent No.5 is directed to look into the grievance of petitioner, take a decision and communicate to petitioner.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________ S. V. BHATT, J December 20, 2016/ DSK
