THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27518 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Jalli Kanakaiah for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

The petitioners pray for the following relief: "..........WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not passing any order on the appeal No.A3/504/2018 filed by the petitioners in respect of lands in Sy.No.173/AA2 to an extent of Ac.212 guntas and Sy.No.173/AA3 to an extent of Ac.0-12 guntas situated at Anantharam Village, Jinnaram Mandal, Medak District, as illegal and arbitrary, null and void and consequently direct the 3rd respondent o pass appropriate orders on the appeal petition filed by the petitioners before the 3rd respondent..............." Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. (a) The 3rd respondent considers disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioners on 01.02.2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(b) The petitioners are given liberty to file copy of this order along with memo for timely compliance by the appellate authority. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
