This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.256 of of Mahankali Police Station, Secunderabad, Hyderabad District, registered against him for the offence punishable under Section 506 r/w. Section 34 of IPC, but subsequently, action was dropped by the police. 2.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
