OFFICE NOTE 19.12.2024 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2024 This Court vide order dated 21.11.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.13028 of 2024 directed the Police not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners for a period of four (4) weeks from the date of the said order.

However, this application is filed by the petitioners seeking extension of the time period granted thereof, for a further period of four (4) weeks. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and on considering the submissions made, this Court extends the period of operation of the order dated 21.11.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.13028 of 2024 by further one (1) week, i.e., till 26.12.2024.
