THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.16417 of 2017 ORDER:

Mr.Siva Sankara Rao Borra submits that the prayer in the writ petition is against inaction in disposing of the representation dated 15.04.2017. He prays for appropriate directions to respondents for consideration and disposal of representation, in accordance with law.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader by referring to written instructions submits that enquiry is completed. In view of the interim order passed by this Court on 28.04.2017, the authorities have not taken further steps in the acquisition of subject land.

Mr.K.Manikanteswara Rao, though attempts to convince the Court on merits, after realizing that the prayer is against inaction, submits that the authorities can be directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.04.2017 within reasonable time.

The writ prayer is not examined on merits. It is for the respondents to examine each one of the claims. With the consent of the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

The respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 15.04.2017 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondents are free to pass Award and also communicate to parties, eligible in this behalf. The learned Assistant Government Pleader is given liberty to communicate the order to respondents. With the passing of Award, the compensation may be paid as determined by the authorities. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
